Here is what I see when navigating to https://math.stackexchange.com/unanswered/tagged?tab=mytags
This is not a transient issue (i.e., don't say "caching"). Also occurs for me on the mobile site, and even in the newest version of the Android app. All other pages render normally.
I also experience the bug http://meta.math.stackexchange.com/q/9955/ "My tags" include "calculus", "derivatives" and "average" which are not among my favorite tags; this is despite me having 6+ favorite tags. Don't know if the two bugs are related.
