Despite my opposition to pic questions on the main site, I allow myself to post one on meta this time.

As shown in the screenshot, the badge tracker overlapped with the tabbed panes.

That's certainly a UX problem because the message at the bottom of the badge tracking got covered by the tab titles.

Perhaps SE company can look into this.


I'm using Firefox Quantum 62.0 (64-bit) on (X)ubuntu 18.04. This happens on both Xfce and GNOME.

  • You should include your browser and OS in the report. It looks like screen elements might have gotten crowded by the Congratulations notice, which is temporary. After this disappears, is the overlap still evident? – hardmath Sep 29 at 13:00

    @hardmath I've edited my post to include the required info. Whether this is temporary or not doesn't mean that it's not is a design error. Web designers won't want their message got covered by another web component.
