If I have a question no one answered or comment to ever, since 2 months. Is it allowed to delete it and repost it, or is this abuse?

No. You are not allowed to do that.

12$\begingroup$ However, you are allowed to edit the question to make improvements. A side-effect of that is: the question will appear on the Active Questions list. But of course do not keep doing this multiple times. Some questions are never answered. $\endgroup$– GEdgarApr 23, 2020 at 14:12
