SE, and Moderators,

When I started this account there used to be question prescreens on meta to see if questions were on topic for the website I believe there used to be a tag called question prescreen. (Maybe this was at a different .SE) Correct me along as you read the post. As I continue when I started I used to be able to flag a question and ask for it to be migrated to the another .SE, and even to the Math.SE if the question prescreen was alright. Does anybody know what happened to these features, and how I posted a question on Meta and asked for it get migrated to Math.SE and it didn't happen. What happened was it got closed, and honestly it got marked that it was not appropriate for the website in general when I did a simple search it was appropriate for the website. This is the question I deleted it from meta, and added some details, and posted it on main, I didn't care that much about what happened on Meta. My main question is what happened to question prescreens, and to migrations I believe the Math.SE used to have them, and if we did why were they removed? Because having my question almost closed twice, one with 5 votes, and other with 2 votes about if a question was on-topic in Math.SE is very interesting in Meta a place about Discussion.

$\begingroup$ I don't remember any such feature on math.SE, it sounds more like an Area 51 kind of feature. I don't want think feature to take place on meta either, it would completely clog the meta site. $\endgroup$ – Asaf Karagila May 12 at 15:30
  • $\begingroup$ @AsafKaragila meta.stackexchange.com/questions/104159/… lemme do more research $\endgroup$ – EnlightenedFunky May 12 at 15:46
  • $\begingroup$ @AsafKaragila i am thinking of a way to formulate how this used to happen if questions used to influx in. $\endgroup$ – EnlightenedFunky May 12 at 15:47
  • $\begingroup$ @AsafKaragila I got this off Meta.SE meta.stackexchange.com/questions/10249/… $\endgroup$ – EnlightenedFunky May 12 at 15:49
  • $\begingroup$ So this was never a thing because how then do the allowed questions make it Math.SE without being reposted? $\endgroup$ – EnlightenedFunky May 12 at 15:49
  • $\begingroup$ I don't get what you say about the migration, if you wanted the migration to math.stack, why not repost? $\endgroup$ – Bellatrix May 12 at 22:10
  • $\begingroup$ @Magic_Isa Because reposting, or crossposting I believe was prohibited? $\endgroup$ – EnlightenedFunky May 12 at 22:11
  • $\begingroup$ Yes, it's not allowed. But you said that you asked on meta, so just delete it and post it on math.stack. I mean, no answers or something like that. If you were on physics.stack, well then it's different because there might be answers/comments $\endgroup$ – Bellatrix May 12 at 22:14
  • $\begingroup$ @Magic_Isa I did delete but what surprised me was that I flagged it once to get migrated for to the Math.SE and it didn't happen, if you click the Meta posts in the beginning of the post what a migration is. $\endgroup$ – EnlightenedFunky May 12 at 22:18
