Can I post problems that are partly unsolved (not the highlighted ones, rare ones) on math stackexchange with the research or working that has been done before, hoping that some users may find it interesting and there is a possibility that someone may even solve it!

$\begingroup$ no, don't do that. You are talking about wasting people's time. Such as this one of yours: math.stackexchange.com/questions/4648311/… $\endgroup$

$\begingroup$ Please show us your work on this meta.se question. What did you find when you checked the standards for what makes a good question? What are your thoughts on how this affects other community members? And would your proposed post include details on the status of the question, like "this is a currently unsolved research problem"? $\endgroup$ Mar 2 at 17:45
