It doesn't seem like anyone has nominated the user soon to be formerly known as Behaviour. They're quite active on meta and seem quite willing to be firm, but not rude, in defense of the quality standards of the community. They also have quite an idea of what qualities would be good in a moderator, as evidenced by their considerable commenting on the elections page. I think they would, in general, be a strong positive presence as a moderator*.
(And of course, if they've previously stated that they don't want to be a moderator, I can't find it since they keep changing their name)
