Is is explained in https://math.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/33508/ that users answering low-quality questions should (politely) be directed to that meta post. The following code template [was suggested](https://chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/2165?m=57904709#57904709) by Xander Henderson:
