Comment box not showing up?
It seems when I click "Add comment" the box does not show up and neither can I see further comments when I click to expand.
Also I cannot access my privileges toggling the down arrow or my username.

How to create tag without asking a question?
I understand SE policy is that whenever someone asks a question with a new tag, the tag is automatically created. But is there a way to incorporate a tag without asking a needless question?
