For questions concerning the process of being temporarily banned from suggesting edits

A user is prevented from suggesting edits if too many of their recent suggestions have been rejected. To be specific, if during the previous 7 day period $$3 \cdot \text{rejects} - 15 \geq \text{approvals}$$ the user will be prevented from suggesting edits for 7 days.

If a user attempts to suggest an edit during this time, they should receive a message saying

Too many of your edits were rejected, try again in 7 days.

(Be aware that there are other ways to be prevented from suggesting edits that have nothing to do with these bans.)
