I have been teaching in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Radford University since Fall 2006. I have been using Mathematica since the year 2000. At first I used Mathematica mostly for numerical and symbolic computing and mathematical typesetting. I am now learning true functional programming using patterns and rules, as well as learning alot about the user interface side of Mathematica (Manipulate, Dialogs, etc.).
