That you have to refer to some other content than the question itself to motivate it goes towards closure (remember that questions should be self contained).

Nov 26, 2016 at 22:24 comment added hardmath While you may indeed have created a fairly self-contained math problem, unrecognizable from the OP's formulation, it is still a request for advice about how to gamble. Such requests strike me as have pecuniary motivations rather than educational ones.
