Undeleted (but see UPDATE)

OP is aware that this can be seen as a question about the determinant of the matrix, but has difficulty computing this determinant (most likely because of all the non-numerical entries, and most likely OP tried to do the computation by hand instead of by machine). The question has been closed and deleted. I would like to see the question undeleted and, once undeleted, reopened.
